It records only aggregate information about visits: which pages are viewed, the country a visit came from, the type of device and browser used, and the website or search engine that referred you. Repeat visits within a day are counted using an anonymous identifier that cannot be reversed, is not stored against you, and is discarded each day.
This data is held on servers operated by Rock Kitchen Harris, who are located at Rock Kitchen Harris, 23-25 Friar Lane, Leicester, LE1 5QQ, and is never sold or shared for advertising.
Spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA)
We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect our website and contact form from spam and automated abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and browser data and how you interact with the site, and sends it to Google for analysis. This information is processed by Google under its Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (https://policies.google.com/terms). We rely on our legitimate interest in keeping our website secure and free from spam. Google may process this information outside the UK, including in the United States, under appropriate safeguards.
