Wayne makes sure Switchpoint meets the high standards of regulation and conduct that our clients rightly expect. As a member of our Board and our Money Laundering Reporting Officer, he oversees our compliance monitoring, Consumer Duty reporting and financial crime controls, and sits on our Operations Committee.
Wayne spent 20 years as an Audit Partner at KPMG, gaining extensive experience of controls, risk and financial crime. In 2015 he joined Fiscal Engineers, the multi-award-winning wealth management firm Shane founded, as Deputy CEO, becoming CEO shortly afterwards and steering the firm through major regulatory change.
