Jacqui makes sure Switchpoint runs smoothly behind the scenes, so our financial planners can give clients their full attention. As a member of our Operations Committee, she helps oversee our suppliers, systems, business continuity and data protection, and ensures our processes support the outstanding service we aim to deliver.
Jacqui previously worked with the Switchpoint team at Fiscal Engineers, where she was Operations Manager. With many years’ experience in financial planning, she knows exactly what it takes to keep a firm running well, and brings a calm, organised approach to everything she does.
